Payment & Delivery
We use PayPal to securely process your payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay us as PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards. On receiving your order we aim to get back to you within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) with a design proof for you to check.
We aim to ship all orders will ship within 3 business days from the date of design approval via Royal Mail. During very busy periods (November / December) we may take longer.
Products that require painting or glittering take longer to make as there is at least one drying process.
If you need a product by certain date, please let us know, by leaving us a message during checkout, this will help us prioritise our order sheet.
Small Domestic orders are sent using Royal Mails 1st class service. You can upgrade to recorded for peace of mind.
Larger products are sent via a courier service and tracking number can be provided if requested. The standard courier quotes 3 days from dispatch to delivery. We offer and expedited shipping service (UPS - Next Day Delivery) at an additional cost if required.
International orders can be sent using either Royal Mail International Standard or International Tracked & Signed. Please note if you select International Standard as the delivery service we will not be able to refund items lost in the post.
Items sent via the Tracked and Signed method that become lost or damaged in transit will be either fully refunded or replaced at your discretion.
When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it is possible
